ACF-CASA is reborn!

Welcome to the new and improved home of the American Culinary Federation’s Chefs’ Association of Southern Arizona. (That’s quite a mouthful, so let’s go with ACF-CASA… or CASA, for short.)

At this new link to Southern Arizona’s food and culinarian universe, you’ll be able to explore all of the many amazing avenues that CASA has to offer. Information on the organization, membership details, meeting and event listing, restaurant opportunities, recipes and tips from local chefs, spectacular food displays and looks into the future of the food industry. Built around a fresh, user-friendly format, the ACF-CASA page will now allow members, students and interested foodies the chance to have their efforts seen by a much wider audience. Our leadership group has worked hard to combine a great learning experience with the exciting dynamics of social media to create a multi-layered culinary networking system.

Covering a wide base of forces in the Arizona food industry (formal culinary education at Pima Community College and The Art Institute of Tucson to small bakeries and caterers to budding restaurant ideas), ACF-CASA is looking to push the food scene in Southern Arizona to higher levels.
